The Power of Praise
Posted on February 11th, 2024 by RedeemedScriptures tells us He inhabites the praises of His people. When we praise Him, His glory fills us and He takes over every situations in our lives that would not glorify Him.
Hear the LORD in the book of Psalm chapter 50, verse number 15 and 23 as He reveals to us what He would do when we render sacrifices of praises.
[15] and call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honor me.”
[23] Those who sacrifice thank offerings honor me, and to the blameless I will show my salvation.
God would always move on behalf of His people when praises and worship is rendered unto Him.
Acts 16:25-26 NIV
[25] About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them. [26] Suddenly there was such a violent earthquake that the foundations of the prison were shaken. At once all the prison doors flew open, and everyone’s chains came loose.
Psalms 50 NIV

Psalms 116:16-17 NIV
[16] Truly I am your servant, Lord; I serve you just as my mother did; you have freed me from my chains. [17] I will sacrifice a thank offering to you and call on the name of the Lord.
Psalms 100:4-5 NIV
[4] Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. [5] For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.
Psalms 30:1-5 NIV

2 Samuel 22:50-51 NIV
[50] Therefore I will praise you, Lord, among the nations; I will sing the praises of your name. [51] “He gives his king great victories; he shows unfailing kindness to his anointed, to David and his descendants forever.”
Psalms 107:20-22 NIV
[20] He sent out his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave. [21] Let them give thanks to the Lord for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for mankind. [22] Let them sacrifice thank offerings and tell of his works with
songs of joy.

Psalms 68:26 NIV
[26] Praise God in the great congregation; praise the Lord in the assembly of Israel.
[28] Summon your power, God; show us your strength, our God, as you have done before. [29] Because of your temple at Jerusalem kings will bring you gifts.
[32] Sing to God, you kingdoms of the earth, sing praise to
the Lord, [33] to him who rides across the highest heavens, the ancient heavens, who thunders with mighty voice. [34] Proclaim the power of God, whose majesty is over Israel, whose power is in the heavens. [35] You, God, are awesome in your sanctuary; the God of Israel gives power and strength to his people.
