Transparent leadership

Transparent leadership

Posted on November 21st, 2025 by Racheal T.O
God has ensured that mankind has all the information they need to live with the end in mind, to live with tomorrow in view.
Scriptures is loaded with evidence of life continuing after death. All we need do is search out the truth and it will set us free.
God wants the best for all of humanity and He ensured humanity knows that. He also put enough information out there for us to live wisely by choosing right.

We are a summation of all the decisions we have made, these choices brought us to where we are.

For it to be well with us, God said to listen to Him.

Ye shall walk in all the ways which the LORD your God hath commanded you, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days in the land which ye shall possess.
- Deuteronomy 5:33

And He went on to detail for us what deeds would result in life and what would result in death.

Right from the beginning (from the book of Genesis) down to the last book (Revelation), the Lord told us the things that were, and the things that would be. Nothing is hidden but all is clearly written out so that anyone that is interested could search and find what they need to live as they choose.

Whatever choices we have  made, however we choose to live, God has ensured we know before hand what those choices will bring us.

Just as we sow seeds and wait for harvest, taking care to tend to the seed so it doesn't die. Transplanting if we need to to a better soil if we perceive the seed may die depending on the condition of the soil we have planted, our actions and deeds when fully matured will yield us a harvest according to how we have planted. No one reap for another, we reap as we have sowed.

Adam and Eve, reaped as they sowed just as God told them.

And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
Genesis 2: 16 - 17

God made it clear what will happen to them if they eat of the tree of the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil, and their eating of it resulted in exactly what God said will happen to them and their seeds.
God Himself paid a heavy price to redeem man from the curse their disobedience caused God and man.

All throughout Scriptures, we can see the corresponding consequences of the actions of men and women as they choose to live just as God told them. The decision is ours.

Whatever we have chosen to live for, we will eventually live out the consequences. No matter how long it takes, we harvest as we have sowed.

Joshua said something that was so profound: 'but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD."
- Joshua 24:16

Thankfully, the Word of God is written in our hearts. Man by instinct knows what is good and what is evil. They can discern and can choose to do the good or evil. This knowledge was brought about by the eating of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and with this knowledge also came the responsibilities for our actions.

God has been very transparent with man. Ensuring that we know before hand what our actions and even inactions would result in.

While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.
- Genesis 8:22

Those who were saddled with leadership all throughout Scriptures were described as either doing what was right or evil before the Lord.
God also judged their actions, and it resulted to either their living out their reign in peace, blessed with a long life or their actions truncated what God wanted to do in them and with them.

Indeed, man is a summation of all the choices he has made. Good and evil lurks at the heart of man but we also have the capacity to master our thoughts and consequently, our actions.

God bless as we guide our hearts with all diligence.

Peace!

For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.
