In the womb of destiny
Posted on October 4th, 2022 by RedeemedLife is formed and nourished in the womb. Therefore the womb is where the first twinkle of life is felt. Once life is formed, it goes through different stages of transformation and is pushed forth through the birth process once it’s formation is complete.
This process is true for everyone. Someone doesn’t wake up one day and become great or a person to reckon with overnight. Every great man and woman has a story. Most times, the stories are not pleasant. There were moments of uncertainty, fears, pains, anger and even failures.
Like as a foetus goes through different stages of growth and transformation, so also must we do same. If you truncate any of the process, you would have destroyed that destiny.
Many destinies were ruined simply because, the transformation process was stopped or tempered with by someone, and they ended up in the tomb.
The womb and the tomb have just one letter differentiating them.
The “W” which I denote as Weaning stage and the ‘T’, which I referred to as Termination stage.
Life therefore starts with W and ends with T. The manifestation is influenced by the actors that were involved in the weaning process.
The Scripture message of teaching a child which way to go and he/ she will not depart from it holds true.
The values we have depends on the influences we had at one point or the other in our lives and most of these values were formed in our weaning stages. It’s therefore very important who and what we allow into our lives and the lives of our wards, especially during the weaning stage.
God spoke of king Cyrus, what his destiny would look like even before he was born.
Cyrus was raised, blessed and anointed by God for one purpose as recorded in Isaiah 45 even when he was yet to acknowledge God!
God still did what He wanted to do for the sake of His people Isreal.
Isaiah 45:1 KJV
1 Thus saith the Lord to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;
4 For Jacob my servant's sake, and Israel mine elect, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me.
13 I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build my city, and he shall let go my captives, not for price nor reward, saith the Lord of hosts.
Isreal went into captivity because of persistent rebellion, but God made provision for their freedom by raising up a force to be reckoned with then in the person of king Cyrus. God called him His anointed, though this king doesn’t even know God then!
Cyrus actually lived to fulfill his purpose as recorded in Ezra and Isreal was set free, and the temple was rebuilt.
Ezra 1:1-2 KJV
1 Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the Lord by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the Lord stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying, 2 Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, The Lord God of heaven hath given me all the kingdoms of the earth; and he hath charged me to build him an house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah.
Oh, the wonders and the mercies of God!
As I write this I came to realize that many of us are still alive because of the purpose of God concerning our lives as regarding his people.
Simply put, we are part of a greater cause! The LORD help us fulfill our purposes.
God bless. Peace.
You can accept Jesus right now if you will, by saying this prayer.
Father, in Jesus Christ name I pray.
You said in 1 John 1:9 that if we confess our sins, you are faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
I am sorry and repent of all the sins I have committed. Wash me with the blood of your Son Jesus Christ, and make me whole. Write my name in the book of life and give me the power to live for you.
Thank you Father for it is done. Amen.
